I know there are a few blokes waiting to hear Justin back up his claims, so time to back your comments up.

Every club has blokes that the opposition hate but their own club loves. Or acknowledging that a bloke is different on either side of that white line. So Justin if your making a personal attack (ie. tool) time to explain what you mean, or your basis for your comment. Did Milo give you a bath one day and let you know all about it?

Examples: McKenzie (Vikings) is hated by the opposition, but i know for fact that off the field he is liked and respected as a bloke. So why is he hated on the field? Probably because he is hard, got match winning ability, will not shirk a confrontation, and is happy to dish out a sledge. Beeching (Emus) is another bloke that is hated by opposition. I dont know the bloke at all but looking from a distance his team mates seem to like him off the field.

Maybe opposition 'hate' these guys coz they can influence a game and can get inside the oppositions heads.

So to say an opposition player is a tool is going a bit far unless you know him.

Good point, its interesting to note that when we were talking about top 5 in the league, Beeching, Mckenzie & Milo were all mentioned.

Funny that some players or supporters don't like these blokes, but I'm sure their clubs do!

I can see what you are saying numbers and that may be a part of the reason other clubs think some of these players are tossers, but you also have to remember that there are players that were mentioned in peoples top 5/10 that arent also called tossers and arent disliked by other clubs. For example a player like bachman or bradshaw are good players but also arent tools on the field as well.
Without giving away my identity I have had some dealings with some of the blokes people are calling "tossers" and from all accounts (mine and others) just about all the blokes in the SFL are great blokes off the field that you can have a beer with. but on the field as well as being good players for their club they can be meat-heads and tossers. the two things (being good, and being a tosser) arent mutually exclusive. these players choose to be tossers on the field.

Looks like Justin is far from incredible, gotta rate a bloke that comes in for his 2 seconds of fame, makes some defamatory comments about who he think is a wanker then leaves just as quickly with no back up of his comments...

We've all be around footy clubs at some stage and what the Lova has posted is nearest the truth, we all have thought this guys a wanker and that guys a loser... That comes on the field, generally we choose not to socialise with these footballers after a game etc.. If we chose to, then i'm sure we would look past our male pig headedness and find out that they are probably not a bad bloke after all. We never seem to look past the fact that our own footy clubs are not only the best to play for but have the funniest blokes or best blokes to enjoy a beer with... That's my 2 cents worth on that matter anyway...

imagine how many he could have nailed if he directed a few set shots accurately!

it was good to see faz take some strong grabs & leads when he played forward

as for the 2nd 'surprise' ruckman ... i dont think he lost a tap and it went to the winies advantage everytime. not sure he could take on shorty, but the three traditional ruckman must be on notice .... ;)

I don't think he could take on any ruckman from the top 8 sides but he would give it a fair crack, I also no he pulled up sore and stiff and that the 3 three traditional ruckman can have there jobs back any day.

Well Im sure the ruckman in question hasnt changed all that much (from his more stealthier younger days) that he could have pursuaded his misses to rub out some stiffness

Sounds to me like Reynella still have some doubt in there mind that come the business end of the season they can stand up against MVale according to old Grae McKinnon and his fine Boot its a two horse race with the Emus firm favourites!

Nice work fly! In one sentence you say how good is this new guy Troy Butcher is going to be, and in the next sentence you ask if anyone knows anything about him and where he plays.

Think you might be keeping some cards close to your chest there...

How do you think the other blokes at wine fly land will respond to this bloke coming in at this stage of the season?

If he is any good it will be good to see if his heart is in it...

time will tell fly, time will tell...

The point i was making about heart (or lack of) is that if he underperforms he can leave Reynella and the SFL, never to be seen again. He might not be playing for as much as someone that has been there from pre-season.

Sounds like the coach at winefly land is a good mate of yours?
