In fairness to seaton as a football club I actually think the right decision would be torso down. Retain players and be very competitive in 4s, at worst consolidate.
I would almost put my house on kilburn wanting to go up. And from what I heat are already looking to secure more past players from the back to back years.
This leaves Salisbury, knowing full well where their list is at, would be most likely?

The lawyers are on it at the moment to see if these laws can be enforced or not
Just clear them to a Barossa club and then clear them back to Kilburn straight away . If a player comes from the Gawler league can't you pay them what you like and worth zero points due to them not coming under the new rules?
