Obviously Monty considering he's already had a cap, Khwaja would be the next in line I'd imagine after that.

Not really. There's a little in like yesterday but Australia simply can not blame the pitch for the 136 some very average shot selection.
The 2 wickets to Johnson have just been perfect short balls nothing to do with the pitch.
