This maybe a minority but it lets the majority down. As for off the field this isn't a real problem i agree, you do open the club doors to everyone and make them feel welcome.

OK idiot, If you want to post your shit twice, I'll do the same - I'll give you some arrogance:

In 2005 after your Cabbage wankers had won the flag both Mt Lofty and cabbage happened to choose the same time and destination for their footy trip. The first time the two groups met in a pub, one of our best A graders approached your A grade captian and introduced himself. The response from your dickhead captain........."F*** Off mate, I didn't know they let losers in here'!!

That's arrogance. So on the record, you guys started it, so it's a bit rich you trying to throw it back at us.

There's no disrespect from the Devs towards the Cabbage, just a fair amount of DISLIKE because of the arrogant wankers at your club. (Paul Pucker Richards excpeted of course - great bloke)

Respect is earned. If you behave like a dickhead, don't expect any respect!

I'm with you Rock.

Mt Lofty's the only team that I've ever played against where I've been sledged off AND on the field after being injured!!

It's no wonder Lofty are one of the most hated clubs in the comp - and that's not because you're the reigning premiers it's because of the way you act. You would think that a club like yours coming from where you did to win a flag would be a bit more humble!!

Can you guys or girls give an example of their arrogance?

Not saying you are wrong or right.

It is good to have a Uraidla poster onboard.
But c'mon, Rock. Give some examples!
I'll give you an example of disrespect: YOUR coach turning his back upon presentation of the '06 Courier Cup to My Lofty, AT HIS HOME GROUND.
I don't tolerate blatant abuse, but maybe some was directed at some Uri B graders for their carry-on! An umpire got a mouthful from Demon players when a Uraidla b grader ROLLED the ball back to Lofty for a free kick. The ensuing 50m penalty was then more fodder for this 'educated' player. I'm still searching for some respect in that scenario...
For the record, I have some mates at Uri's, and it's a healthy rivalry.
I welcome your response.

As per my previous post, it may not be "arrogance" but for opposition players and supporters to get into you AFTER you get injured (when Lofty were up by about 6 goals) is a pathetic and dog act and I wouldn't expect anything less from that club.

Are you referring to the crowd getting into Scott Sutherland getting injured?

They only lost Loffler and Vidic from there. I didn't notice Vidic even go off and Loffler was well between by David Stevens. I dont recall the players giving either of them any stick.

Remember that close to 15 players from Uraidla and Lofty played at either school, Norwood or North together and hang out with each other outside of footy. That includes Chris Shee, Stansborough, Gallager, Contin.
