Went to the YCN baby shop on saturday.

Spent over 2 hours in there.

about 90 minutes in i couldnt maintain my faux interest in it all and started looking at the footy scores on my phone.

Now my wife has settled on a pram that will cost around $1900....

My knee op tomorrow being postponed till lunchtime when it was booked in At 7am. How the F**k Can i fast from Midnight tonight till past lunchtime tomorrow? Your kidding me.

What? I had an afternoon booking for my ankle op last year and they let me eat breakfast provided it was before 7.30 am.

It was booked in for 7am tomorrow so I had to fast from midnight that I can deal with, I then get a call from Sportsmed at 4.30 this arvo saying 'As my surgery is a huge unknown' it's been made his last operation of the day. I have to be at the admissions desk at 10.30am and still have to fast from Midnight, She even said to me make sure you fast from midnight.

Well I believe he's about as good as we've got in the state, so that's something I guess.

Surgery 'a huge unknown' must fill you with confidence.

It's an unknown in terms of the ACL, He says it 'Feels Gone' in his push/pull test and on the MRI he calls it a 'Grey Spot' there in lies the unknown. It's confirmed I have a torn medial ligament and flap on the meniscus

He is good. His done my first 3 op's.

First thing he said to me this time was 'How would you feel if you were your knees?' He then grabs my stomach and says 'Carrying this is it any wonder there stuffed'

I was so taken back by it as I just didn't expect that from him. I had a chuckle. His right.
