Round 4 stuff

Talk on the national game

Re: Round 4 stuff

Was just talking to a mate, Melbourne are probably in a better position than Richmond, In terms of the list. This Richmond list can not win a flag obvisoly nor can Melbourne at this stage but with a couple of young falls up forward to build a team around especially Hogan. A very good defender in McDonald and A good young midfield with Viney, Petracca and Trengrove to come in there list is probably in a better position than Richmond.

When Shane Edwards is your best player in a losing side you know things are really going shit-house.

That was a dead set disgrace from Riewoldt.

Conditions suited Melbourne tonight. Once the rain came they were never going to lose.

Really liked the games of Hogan and McDonald tonight. Big part of Melbourne's spine heading into the future.

They played good running football but were helped a lot by Carltons dreadful disposal, especially by hand. Mick chucking his usual wobbly in the box.

Blues 27 up. Dreadful 2nd half from St Kilda. Shocking skills and minimal pressure.

Crows the only team to prevail against Collingwood
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
