I find this pretty staggering. Last couple of years Salisbury have been noncompetitive in Div 3, losing a lot of games by 100+ and now they have had 2 solid wins against sides that have won their other game. With Salisbury being a club that doesn't really have a high turn over of players, what's the go here? Is it just reflective of the gap between Div 3 & 4?

We find it staggering too. We picked ourselves for the spoon just like everyone else on here did.

I am launching an investigation. Forum predictions, 2014 form and trial game results should be all that counts.
Also think this illustrates why no one wanted to go up to Div 3.

How so?
I still hate it how trial game results dictate the rest of your season.

Just that you guys obviously struggled in Div 3, haven't recruited a great deal but are looking the goods in Div 4 early on.
Does suggest there is a significant gap between Div 3 and 4, something clubs would have considered when knocking back the chance to go up this season.

HV v Hectorville - Both 1-1 and both coming of losses, loser could slip out of the 5. Hectorville have beaten HV at HV the last 2 years
Pooraka v Kilburn - Both 1-1 and both want a win to move up the ladder Pooraka by 15pts
Kenilworth v Glenunga - Both 0-2, loser of this will be 0-3 and favourites for relegation Kenilworth by 27pts
Salisbury v North Haven - Both 2-0, top spot up for grabs. This will be a cracker, hope the weather stays away North Haven by 9pts
WOS v EP - Both 1-1 - WOS need to win this if they want to stay in touch with the 5, EP looking to consolidate in the 5 EP by 35pts
