Thanks everyone. FINALLY we've broken our duck. And in some style too. Mid race I was a bit worried but it found it's feet and romped in in the end.
The boys are already talking about 'the next race'. Hopefully that's a Saturday meet - as I'm going to the races on the 19th of May.
PS. I had 20 on it @ $2.30!

About a month ago my Tatts account looked paltry.
Everything I had in it I put on Australia to win the World Cup just before the semi final, hadn't touched it.....until this morning when it all went on this.

The best part is that the horse shows promise too. I would be horrified if it just held on over 1000m in a maiden. I'll watch the replay again tonight (a thousand times) and assess it's performance.
