Well I rate my achievement that took 9 months as well. (and 2 attempts)

My old house is finally SOLD. :partyman:

Paying 2 mortgages on a moderate single income for over 12 months isn't something I'd recommend to anyone.
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

127 Days Road, today's "Speak Easy". In and out* for lunch in under 25 minutes. 20 people seated at the same time as us and around 15-20 phone orders collected. 5 in the kitchen, 2 serving, one taking phone orders. Excellent customer service, cracking food....

Today's special :

Angus Beef with fresh San Jose Chorizo pressed into the patty, Smoked Mozzarella, Membrillo, Rocket, Roast Capsicum, Salsa Romesco & Aioli.
