You'd only be $50-70 back to North Adelaide / City I'd think. Other than a couple of places at Golden Grove I can't think of a lot of accommodation options up there. ( Google Maps says 35km to Adelaide CBD )

Every year is slightly different to the previous and the next. That's why we have a leap year every 4th year.

And leap seconds too - there have been 25 instances since their introduction in 1972 and one this year.
