Travis Head has to be the most frustrating cricketer to watch at first class level.....Gets to 50 often enough but can never get to a hundred!

Is it something to worry about???

Is it a positive that gets passed 50 so often
Or
Is it a lack of class the enables him to get the big scores unlike the Clarkes, Smith, Hughes did at a similar age at first class level
Or
Is it lack of fitness both physical and mental

Totally agree, or is he just one of those "dumb" cricketers?

He puts on 100 partnership with Cosgrove, then when Cozzy gets out he really has to stay there.

What does he do, gets out straight away. He seems to do this often.

He really needs to turn one of these starts into a century very soon.

Probably but at the moment you have other youngsters such as Patterson, Carters, Handscombe, Bancroft, Silk getting big hundreds, previously it was the likes of Ponting, Clarke, Smith, Hughes making 100's at that age

He has the ability. Is it he can't concentrate enough for long enough? Is it physical endurance?

For someone who can bat as well as be does, an average of 29 isn't good enough.
