Don't know about that Jim. With the season we've had so far, I reckon at least one of the teams finishing the minor round 5-8 will play in a prelim.

North, Essendon and whoever else makes it zero chance.
At the end of the day North and Essendon are fairly ordinary sides

North or Ess will be playing either the Hawks or Cats week 2 of the finals for a spot in the prelim.
All the pressure will be on the team possibly going out in straight sets.
