Yeah that would be my guess too, ex Mt Lofty player who coached a RMFL club in the 90's (took some gun players with him too), then played at Tailem afterwards.

Its probably just a rumour though, i saw similar talk on here last pre season and nothing came of it. I know that Denty is held in high regard, who knows with football club politics though.

Hmmm reading the Hills thread appears i was incorrect with my guess, and that a current Hills identity could be the person being rumoured about. Interesting.

I can confirm having asked Nathan Grainger the coach of Mount Lofty last night that his family are from Tailem Bend and that if he is asked back will continue to coach the mighty Devils in 2008.

What if he is not asked? Or has already been asked by others? - doesn't really answer question about the approach from Tailem.
