Tight course with plenty of blind tee shots. Play safe and down the middle where and when you can. Not overly long, but very tight. Lots of 3/4 iron opportunities off the tee. Not many for opening the shoulders with the boom stick.
Greens are excellent and fairways are top level too. Might be a bit windy and wet Friday, rug up mate!!
Also, about the 9th/10th tee has some amazing views back down over the city skyline and from Brighton left to the Port right. Great photo opportunity.

Played on Anzac Day booney..
The front 9 was the worst golf I've ever, ever played! out in 71but come home in 54 to make it a semi reasonable round for a hacker like me.
And the course was how you described, with super fast greens..
