I have barlow and fyfe so my initial strategy to correct rookies this week is a bit more difficult..

Hold fyfe, barlow out the door downgraded to polec and jkh upgraded to zorko..wanted to bring taylor and ambrose in but that won't happen now..

Good luck to all this weekend!

Fyfe Rohan out Zorko & D Buckley in
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

OUT: Luke Hodge & Eric MacKenzie
IN: James Frawley and David Swallow

Hopefully strengthen a weak backline that i have and gives me a chance to make a play for a premium forward next week,

I'm looking at the same INs but different OUTs. I'm keeping Daisy for now. I thought he looked good in the second half last week. He can only improve from here on.

Why???
Suckling is a keeper and webster is playing this week

I turned suckling into Swallow- who im backing in to average more than Suckling over the course of the season. It may come back to bite me, its the risks you take in this game.

Webster is a decision i regret based on cash sitting on the pine, so I downgraded to georgiou to free up $140k to bank for future upgrades, as well as (hopefully) generating more cash out of Georgiou in the long term given lower purchase price and expected lower B/E.

At the end of the day these 2 decisions were based purely to provide a fix for a floundering forward line- in which Rohan most definitely needs to be moved on for someone with greater cash cow potential.

I'm also not sure, Groover, that you can class a bloke that has never averaged more than 90, a keeper.

Even if I had of kept him in my side, he may have turned into an upgrade down the track. Swallow if he keeps his average up could turn into that keeper, at a cost of an extra $60k.

Risk v Reward.

Rohan was a great disappointment, I shipped him and Dangerfield off after round one and looked to get a rookie who would make me some decent money, with an easy run coming up for the Crows after this week, hopefully Dangerfields price will have dropped significantly and i can bring him back in.

My thoughts too Zed- and I took the punt based on an expected $60k increase for swallow this weekend, vs keeping suckling and losing the opportunity to add swallow at basement price.

Frawley turns it over a lot. Not sure why you picked Hodgey and Mack in the first place.

It depends on how well the Defender premos go if Suckling is a keeper or not. One thing he is not though is a Cash Cow as he's too expensive. If you pick Suckling you are hoping for 70-100 a week from him. More expensive options such as Heath Shaw and McVeigh are struggling to bring in the same numbers. If Premos score well you might think of moving Suckling on. In the meantime, he's not that far behind McVeigh in terms of scoring but way ahead in points per dollar.

I'm sticking with Suckling for now as I can cop 70 a week from a bloke of his price. Naturally though I'll get jack of that if he doesn't improve his rating in the next few weeks.

Rohan is bollocks this is true but he can still make you a small amount of money. Buckley isn't a bubble boy yet so why not give Rohan an extra week, collect the small cash increase and then go for Buckley.

Would love to get rid of Rohan but Michie had to go from my team.

fair call..hes not your fat cash cow, i probably used the wrong terminology there, but i cant see him being a D4, 5 or 6 either..he will be a leg up perhaps to a $500k + premo punching out 100+ scores..

These were my AFL Fantasy trades so Buckley is on the bubble in that as it changes after 2 games (about only thing I like about the AFL new site). Supercoach ill leave un changed for now 30 trades still in the bank. Michie on my bench a worry like you.
