Heritage have used this supplier for years and for them to slag the company on national nine news is a disgrace.
The issue came to light Wed/Thurs yet it makes prime time TV Friday night.
Human error happens.
Do they advertise when they screw up a batch of product?
No.
There are better ways of going about resolving issues with ingredient suppliers.

I can only imagine it would have been a weighing up error in a batch produced.
There are around 5 ingredients that go into the mix.
Can't believe Heritage couldn't have given the supplier more time to provide a new batch.
There are better ways of going about things that what they have done.

Most of the people who frustrate me by doing that are much younger than me...

I've lately been test driving the Audi SQ5 - 0-100kph in 5.1 seconds, and it really holds the road on tight curves at speed.
(Had a nice little spin across from Blackwood to Crafers on the Upper Sturt road.)

Still great music around but you have to dig around for it. Get on Spotify and you will discover new bands and music. Or listen to The Rock radio station from New Zealand. Best station in the world.
