So your telling me you get nothing out of a trial game, sorry we're all not like you but I'm sure 80% of teams would keep score to see we're they are at!!!

No, I said the result means absolutely nothing. People on here get hung up on trial games too much. Come the middle of the year, most clubs wont even remember who they played much less what the score was.

Clubs get plenty out of trial games. Positives, negatives, things to work on, players who might shine in a different position, youngsters standing up, etc..

Keeping the score doesn't tell you where you're at. How many wins during the season proper tells you that.

The Jets are looking for a trial(s) this Saturday at Thebby for our B and C grade sides (or a single game for a combined side or whatever).

We have the oval booked and currently have the A grade vs Keith and an internal organised for the 2s and 3s.

PM me if anyone is interested in a trial.

Yeah, they won easily. They're a very different team to the one we played in a trial last year as you well know.

We had a lot of players absent being a Sunday and playing at Cambrai, but those that were there were very satisfied with the run and the game was played in good spirit.

Hope Valley are looking for a trial game for a combined C/D grade, maybe 4 or 6 quarters on Friday night March 28th or early Saturday March 29th. (11am) At this stage our ground is unavailable, but that may change after the weekend depending on whether our D grade cricket side wins their Semi Final or not.

PM if you are interested

You're still registered. Did you want a kick? I would be prepared to put on the Oranges if you roll up,
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.
