Yep ... $ammy has been busy and picked up a few more quality players to add to Rigney, Phillips and Baker. Expect to be in the hunt next year. The last time $ammy went two years without a flag, a tsunami was predicted off the Bay.

The Super roos would be pretty excited to get the signature of ex crows rookie / south league player Josh Sampson. Been out of league level for few years but would be more than a handful in the mallee.

You would think Mahoney would still have something up his sleeve. Hare is a good pick up for the lions midfield.

Andrew Cheer from Ramblers to Karoonda. I would expect him to be a very good pick up in the Mallee, was brilliant on his day for us and will be missed but his work ethic on the training track is very questionable

Apparently Adam Goodes and Tony Lockett are going to Peake as well!! They will be joining the SANFL soon. Might be worth making the finals in the Mallee first though.

Marty is an assistant coach at Sydney so i dont think he will be playing in the Mallee.

Why would this be a mockery? It is actually his home club. Well done to Peake for being able to make it happen. Martin is a quality bloke and can only add to assisting a local community club that has been starved of success. Not always easy though because opposition players love to say they got the better of a former AFL player. I am sure he will get plenty of attention.
