You might need to qualify Q19 a bit then - what about grand opening and precursor goals kicked prior to any matches being played there; specifically Reserves (CD vs NA)?...

Q19 - are you including reserves players?

I can tell you the first person to run on to Football Park was North Adelaide reserves captain Rick Schubert, father of current North defender Shane.
