Its off North East road, turn right at the war memorial (the street has an Arch over it) and keep driving about 150 metres and the oval is on your right. the street is about 500 metres before you hit the TTG Hotel.

Yep I have the right oval then, next right after the turn off to the Pertaringa. Looks like no change rooms and BYO chair?

yeah thats it. there is a small changeroom which both teams share i think and there should be chairs mate.

Cheers mate the entire XI for the C grade have no clue where it is.

That seems a lot. How did they go?

Thats because the majority of players came from Adelaide, Kensies and Sturt. Trust me, these kids were head and shoulders above the other 80+ kids from all over the state who tried out. There was also considerable sized sqauds for all other grades, including trial/selection matches. I think this year was the best i have seen the selection process for some years

Fair enough and good luck to them all.

It's a bit difficult to name players missed on this forum over the years. But clearly things haven't been right over the past decade or so. The U14 set up is promising and hopefully will draw more players into contention for development in the future.

Woodville thumping Port. Carl Tietjens 6 wickets - 25 for the season. Gun bowler.

Glenelg 229 vs Uni. Should be enough. Have a good attack.

Kensington already got the points over Sturt. Outright on the cards.

Tough first A Grade game at Bulkana  Adelaide rock n rolled for 117... Gullies wobbling at 8/63. Usually plays ok but that's when there are C/D Graders lobbing them down at 110kmhr. Four innings game coming up you'd think.

278 for Southerns against Prospect. Plenty.

Couple of tight one dayers today by the looks.

Sturt got the runs 9 wickets down in the last over against East Torrens. Apparently there was a dropped catch with scores tied! Not sure the fielder. A tie would have put East Torrens in the semis as they finished higher.

Gullies also got the runs 9 down in their run chase over Southerns, six balls to spare.

Semis in a couple of weeks. Sturt, Gullies, Glenelg, Kensington. Not sure who plays who.

Has anyone heard about a game decided by penalty runs this season?

Apparently a team won the game but then had a 12 run penalty applied for slow over rate and lost as a result. Lost their shit and refused to go back on the field for the second innings.

Not sure of club or grade, or even if it's true. So don't know much really

Was in A Grade, Woodville vs Uni. Woodville won by 11 runs, then got penalized 12 runs for being two overs slow, so Uni won by 1 run!

They then spent the next 1 hour and 20 minutes arguing with umpires, before finally going back out on oval.

They appealed to SACA but lost. Should have been fined for their childish behaviour after notified of the umpires decision.

Dean Sayers was in the Messenger whinging about it, but rules are rules, and it is very clear now.

Be ironical if it costs them spot in the finals at the end of the season!

This was very recent after a SACA delegates meeting where slow over rates were discussed! For some reason the Woodville delegate thought the rules had changed and then discovered on game day they hadn't but failed to notify the captain.
