Wonder if Jars is gonna get on Channel 10 tomorrow night and have a go at his Roosters !
North will be there in September, unfortunately Glenelg wont unless by some miracle we win the next 10 games!!
One week at a time for the Roosters, bjut they should account for the Eagles
The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated

Geez mate, don't let anyone pinch ya, you might wake up! :D
I bet you have a good week at work!
Luckily for me there's no Glenelg fan in the entire organisation I work in and we employ 20,000 people!

one loss & to ask if north are pretenders = ridiculous

one big win last week & one bad game today that is all that happened for them in the last 2 weeks, what today showed me is what the bays are capable of with a decent ruckman in the team to give our onballers a chance & their worst loss this year was last weeks game (33 points) so they haven't been blown out of the water, i just hope they keep attacking like they did today & we will win more than we lose
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Bayman you are OTM :D

Most of us can't even pick the 4 winners each week but it's amazing the expert conclusions some of us draw in hindsight based on ONE GAME (on coaches, on teams, on players)

We should keep a BIG CALL register and then we can go through them all at the end of the season

Keeps things entertaining I guess

Jars should by right say something publically but it is the 21 players today who should apologise. Take nothing away from Glenelg they played a great game and deserved a 10 goal plus win but even Jars would be non plussed as to how 20 players who played so well last week could be so soft, insipid, unaccountable and error ridden with basic skills this week. Tassie and I spoke at the game about the fact that everyone loses (even Centrals!) but it is the way you lose. I don't mind losing if your team goes down fighting and having a fair crack but other than the regular thrashing we have from Centrals and the Eagles I can't remeber the last time North got so badly beaten by the bottom team - it certainly hasn't happened since Jars has been coach.

Those 21 North players who paid no respect to the opposition today and gave their long suffering supporters more sh*t to cop should have bloody good look at themselves - they were disgraceful. Well done Bays if anything (other than having a great win of course) you might actually make a few North blokes question their attitude and front running ways and come prepared to always respect the opponent and be prepared to play accountable football.

P.S. Who wants to play finals football if there is a chance we could serve up today's offering. I would rather not make it to be honest.

Its all about the finals for North this year in my opinion. Whatever happens during the year is insignificant. Its all about what happens in the finals. Theyve gone missing when it mattered in the last few seasons so its going to be one of the most interesting parts later this year - seeing if they can overturn the dissapointing ending of the past couple of years.

If they fail to deliver in the finals again, will Jarmans job be questioned?

Sorry BP... a poor attempt at humour. I had had a few when I wrote it. Was try to be helpful and prove your prediction right. Norf supporters aren't shit, most of them are pretty good but the team is on my doubtful list at the moment.

One win does not make a Premiership favourite, One loss does not make a Premiership pretender...

North not switched on yesterday- very obvious.
They cruised down the Bay thinking Glenelg had 2 Premiership points gift wrapped for them- how wrong they were.
As Jars has said in the past, attitude beats ability- this was so true yesterday.

NORTH cant possibly mix it with sides that are switched on and mean business with 4 hard nuts  like Bamford, Ryswyk, Campbell and Lonie all in the side. At best you can only afford 2 of this type of player. Dont get me wrong, they had plenty of mates yesterday.

Bamford's fine, as courageous as they come (Westies fans who saw him put his body on the line where players like Lucas Herbert wouldn't have considered going will attest to that as will those who see him every week) but yes agreed about the other 3. I did like Campbell's torp from full back though, even if it did go straight to a Bays player.
