Nah, last time I checked we hadn't announced that we'd signed Adams...

Jessie White to Collingwood, they have done a 3 way deal with West Coast and they also receive the Eagles pick 6. Eagles get pick 11 and 31 and Swans get pick 44.
Eagles to ontrade pick 31 for Elliott Yeo

Do you think Lynch tries to make a move to another club given this news?

I think the Eagles have done what they wanted, not a bad move.
The young WA lad you have decided to use your first pick on will be still there at pick 11 so swapping your pick 6 to pick 11 allows you to gain pick 31 to use on Yeo

For us to get #6 there would have been assurances that we wouldn't be drafting certain players.

So you blokes were short of flat track bullies on your list?

Pick him when you play teams in the bottom half of the ladder, no point playing him against the top sides.

I dont think it matters whether he is plalying against a top team or a bottom team, his stats are the same...ordinary.

While not a huge fan of the J-Pod, he did rank 6th in contested marks in 2013 and averages 42 goals a season....
Cost us nothing and gives us a decent target while Walker and Jenkins come back from major injuries.

Wasn't he Geelongs fitness/high performance manager before he got drafted? Potenial to offer something off the field as well perhaps.

Yes he was fitness coach or something like that.

I was being a bit facetious when I said ordinary however his stats are consistent whether against a top 8 team or bottom 8 team but were dismal in the last 2 finals.

You keep saying this but Pods did kick six goals in a half against Hawthorn and the last time I checked they were a pretty good side. He was also right up there (2nd in the league I think) in the contested marking stats a few years back (can't remember which year but he's hardly had a long career at the top level so can't be all that long ago).

Having said that though, I think Pods is done but he might provide the Cows with some value until Tay Tay and Lyons are fit enough to return and that's why they picked him.
