They are putting at massive risk their so called culture built this century by the recruitment of 2 of the most selfish players in the comp.

Think Buddy might enjoy the Bondi lifestyle a bit too much.

you taking the p*ss??? 11 final series out of 12, 3 gf's and 2 premierships...

i love how quickly people turn on sports people. 7 days ago buddy was god, now he's the devil!

I find it ironic that the likes of Collingwood are complaining about fairness....you've got Collingwood playing 18 games at the MCG per year including 7 of their first and 7 of their last for the season. They get all the blockbuster games. Is this fair?

I think the likes of Collingwood have their nose put of joint as they aren't the go to club any more. Well except for Jesse White.

will the afl become like the nrl when players agree to move clubs half way through season but still play out season at current club.

If Hawthorn match the offer can we then trade him a week later?
If Franklin loves the Hawks so much surely he insists that the Hawks get looked after with draft picks from $ydney and that a trade is done rather than through free agency.
Mumford plus pick 14 and another 1st round pick that $ydney will have to trade for would satisfy me.
I'm also surprised he would want to go to a club that hung him out to dry only 4 weeks ago.

Already delisted Alex Brown. Who knows what sort of contracts players are on? Front/Back ended? How do you know Sydney didn't have some unspent dollars in their salary cap? Maybe because your guessing like everyone on here and in the media?

Who knows. His guess might be better than yours.

You do know what everyone means don't you booney?

Sure do, I sure do.

I can them assume you have no idea about the figures below and you're just trying to "toe the party line" about the COLA, salary cap room etc? ;)

Once again, the swans showing all how it's done in regard to trading/recruiting/drafting. Got to give something to get something.

So Sydney have been dealing with another club/manager in season two years in a row?

unless new info comes to hand, swans have done nothing illegal or against the rules.

clubs are just pissed off that they are allowed to do it.

This is different to the Tippett situation IMO, Franklin is a restricted free agent, he as done his time and put in good service in that time. Tippett took big money to do bugger all and then ran to get more, he acted like he was a free agent before his time. Swans have done his all by the book and have done it well, they have some smart people running the club. This is why I hate them
