The SANFL has had enough kicks in the guts this year, for the love of the SANFL please let North win next weekend so we can have a decent GF!!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Amen to that, I think the Norwood supporters (and Glenelg and Sturt and South and Port supporters I caught up with today) all think the same.
West, noone wants to watch your game, not even your own supporters.
Don't worry about the Crows or Power playing SANFL next year, West are doing a better job of killing off our comp than anyone else atm.

Great win Norwood.... very very very happy we get a chance to break a 90 yr record and go back-back
Only played 1 quarter of decent football but that's all we needed today. We need to lift the intensity more and when you have the opposition by the throat don't let go.
Overall we have a good break now and an opportunity to tweak the team and bring back Evans and the famous No. 14 hopefully
Up the leggies!!!

As a Westies supporter, I didn't think we were as defensive as previous games against Norwood.
The skill level between the sides is bigger than the Grand Canyon.
Hopefully North do us a favour and end our season next Sunday.

Norwood were awesome today, doubt any team in the SANFL would have done any better.

Our skills were as bad as I have seen.

Selection continues to baffle me, anyone know what was wrong with Keough and Slattery?

I feel shattered ATM.

Our skills were terrible. Couldnt hold a tackle, again undisciplined when it mattered. Unlike last year we did not flood our backline, yet werent skilled enough to hit a target.

Second semi last year we only kicked 2 goals yet kicked 13.10 against north in the prelim the following week. That said, can't see it happening next week. West look tired after a long year.

It pains me to say it but Norwood well and truly have our measure. The first quarter from them was phenomenal and that alone would have blitzed any side in the comp. More concerning for me was when we got back in the contest and on top for a while through second quarter we couldn't hurt them. We have played them so many times over last few years and yet we keep getting beaten the same way and don't seem to try new things. Something to be said for backing in your game against them but has Collo learned anything in last 3 years? On field performance is better than when he got here but not sure any of that is gameplan related, at least 90% can be put down to recruiting and maturity rather than coaching. Collo is a much better recruiter than coach in my view.

For what its worth I definitely think West have got the personnel to beat Norwood. They have a great midfield, and probably the best group of tall defenders going around. I think that at the moment its more of a case of West players not beliving in themselves. In this regard its a bit like the eagles attitude to playing centrals in the finals a few years back. That, combined with a poor gameplan by Collins are what are killing West. Perhaps what is needed next time is for Collins to throw out his gameplan and to back his players in, take risks (play on at all cost) and they will get there in the end.

Wasn't the recent Norwood v North clash in Round 23 an almost identical scoreline?

I think those supporter groups you mentioned (apart from Norwood and North) have their own issues that they should worry about first.

Played 1 good quarter today and then put the cue in the rack. Disappointing we took our foot off their throat and starting lairising, kicked 6.14 after 1/4 Time and missed some absolute sitters. Scoreboard flattered West, should of been a 100+ margin. Thommo, Grigg and Suckling were awesome today, dodnt think we had too many passengers today. Will be cheering on Westies next week. I believe their were 2 Westies reported today, any confirmation on this?
And thanks to Collins for providing some ammunition during the week, I know a few of the guys were not impressed at all on his dig at Georgiou, maybe wise to worry about his own side and especially their lack of discipline

Did I mention scorelines?
Scorelines are irrlevent but if you went throughout the season kicking more points than the 5th placed side I'll concede you're pointing out of one game is much more relevent thany any footy anyone including Bloods owns fans have watched in the last few years.
Its shit, pure and simple, I hope Collins never sets foot in this state again, ******* disgrace. Done more disrepute to the game than Essendon, similar tops though!
Hell even some West fans want North to win next week, they must enjoy football not offside soccer crap.
Andrew Collins is to football what Craig Parry is to club loyalty.

North won last week too sunshine.
Been critical for 2 or 3 years, just like I was of North under Daniel Healy.
Whichever side it is that plays that god awful crap that sends it own supporters away from the game is irrelevent.
Anyone who supports that sort of 18 man behind the football crap is clueless.

Kudos to West for making the top three and being in it... much better than my team.

That said... I have to say, as a neutral supporter, its not that enjoyable watching a Norwood v West match. It just seems like try as they do, West just can't string any decent play together against Norwood.

Norwood were awesome in the first term, but I think their focus and determination shifted towards defending the lead rather than doubling it and as such, everyone had to endure three quarters of football where just 11 goals were kicked in total.

Yikes.

Norwood can certainly improve...

West, not so sure they can do anything against Norwood, for the neutrals, it would be preferable to see North take them on...

... and beat them of course! :-)

West were this, Collins did that. Nope, Norwood are just better. Did Collins try and open it up today? Listening online it sounded like he didnt put many behind the ball and the Legs promptly piled on eight majors.

Right there REB, Norwood are a machine, doesn't matter who they play in the GF they'll win in a canter.
