Is it legal to sell one's vote?

Instead of scrawling penises all over my ballot slip, I would consider voting formally for any candidate - or according to the desire of any other interested party - who was prepared to give me a tenner.

Would accept sexual favours, but Andrew Southcott's not my kind of guy...

Open 8am and close at 6pm

This question has been dicussed in the office today. It seems your tenner is quite low, 7 people have arrived at a carton of beer or the money to cover aforementioned beer. So, $50.

Given Ariel Castro is now dead and his sentence was life plus 1000 years, do they just leave him hanging until he has served his sentence?

Does anyone know any cheap and quick ways to divorce? We have private agreements and just want to lodge the paperwork so some funds can be released.

If its about money you can do a financial settlement before the 12 month break up period is reached, if yourve been separated 12 months then the only cheap way is a cheap lawyer, unless its changed since I went through it!

It's been 12 months, it isn't messy, it's as simple as some funds getting transferred once a divorce is signed and submitted.

That's good then, I don't think there's any way other then gettin lawyers to do it, they should have divorce kits, kinda like those DIY will kits. I had to do a financial settlement first then come 12 months the divorce, bit of a hassle cos it's essentially the same process twice.

That's ok, I think you are getting finances and disputes mixed up, I've made an offer, she's happy to accept it and we can move on.

Yeah your right, lawyers help each party fight for more if yourve both agreed on a figure then it's alot easier.

My first wife and I did a property settlement and signed an agreement prior to getting to the 12 months separation.
My sister typed the agreement for us and my ex had the option to get it looked over before signing.

The only problem with such voluntary agreements is, as I understand it, that either party can challenge them and ask the court to rule at the point of applying for the actual decree nisi.
