You would think he would need to be in it for at least another few years to reap benefits. The last decade is well and truly over and his new team looks like it still needs a fair bit of work.

Our talent is thin, at the start of the year I said playing finals was a pass!
Throw in how many teams are looking for a new coach and I don't think now is the time for taking risks.
