With the amount of plates, wires and screws holding his jaw together i think it will take longer than that mate, I see on the SAAFL site that someone recieved a 19 match ban for threatening an umpire  would think braking someones jaw is a much a more serious offence so 10 games he got off lightly i reckon

I wouldn't be comparing anything to that 19 match ban apparently, I’m pretty sure they couldn’t find anything on the offence list for the bloke that got 19 weeks for abusing an umpire.

Clearly what you can't see here is that it the 19 gamer might’ve been a “little” more serious than abusing an umpire so saying that 10 is a soft amount might be a little far fetched.

Mind you - and I'm just as guilty as the rest of you - we don't know the exact stories of either so we really are in no position to compare - OILS AINT OILS ;)

Just saw a facebook post that Blyth took a mark just before the siren and then made the score levels? Didn't mention if it was a sausage or a behind?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

The game shouldn't have even got to that moment. Woody South had the chance to seal the game and the bloke who lined up 20 out on a slight angle had the most unconvincing approach I've ever seen for goal. It was like he didn't want to take the shot. Controversy with that shot on goal apparently the goal umpire was going to pay a goal but was over ruled by the field up? I was directly behind it and thought it was a point. Great game of footy.

Back to do it all again next week then! When I left at about the end of the first quarter Woodville South were on top, was very surprised to be told by HH3 that the game was a draw!

The umpire wasn't abused, his life was threatened.

Large difference.

Good to see Havens get a flag, highlight of the day an over exuberant holding the ball call resulting in the umpire popping his shoulder out.
