There's only 3 things in life that are certain. Death, taxes and the gsfl poking us in corners at the nail medal count and putting out red black and white serviettes. Ebo is a very good chance but as you all know money and points don't grow on trees. I think a player of that calibre will have a good flow on effect for the club.

There's been a number of afl players who
have played here.

Welsh
Perrie
Modra
L.Ottens
Theisen
Dennis
S.Bond
T.Bond
Feast
Moore

Yep, from memory West was appointed as player-coach for '99 season, and was a player at EB for a few years prior, I think when Mansell was coach.

This year. Been there before. I thought he did OK with what he had. Wish him well, he's a good bloke, different, but a good bloke. You need your B's to play finals to have a strong A's. That let them down a bit. :)

Is the same but different at Victor, having 1 year coaches and plenty of excuses. Would have thought maybe the committee would need a good hard look at things. One coach willing to push juniors and the other use recruits, not alot of difference I would have thought in results.
