If you can remember in 2010 the gf got moved from the creek to goolwa in a weeks notice everything ran smoothly at goolwa & creek hosted the gf the next year common sense.

Perrie & portlock were tied going into the last round on 24 votes. Perrie the mail medal winner got three votes in last game v strath, portlock didn't receive any votes in the mud at Myponga. Successfully picked the two winners pity "jackpot Jim" wasn't offering any odds. Congrats to Ian perrie he has dominated all year for the bays definitely is the reason why the bays have climbed the ladder this year. Congrats also to reserves winner Scott mccade his 2nd medal, a good strong & fair ball getting midfielder for mclaren.

Would love to know just how many times Mitch has been runner up or third. One win, three seconds & three thirds?

Is that the big bloke that only plays on the grandstand wing?
Fair call, whenever I watch the Demons that's what I see.
As for medal winner Perrie from Portlock.
Not a bad call from the SFL.

You could pull up things like that in every game of every week. Vinnie Rugolo had a million possessions and kicked 3 in a win early in the year against victor and didn't get a vote. Was best on by the length of the straight. Then there's the blokes who get votes when they shouldn't. Example perrie v Goolwa at Goolwa and John jarred in the b's at the creek when he had 1 kick.
You can love football, but it wont always love you back!

Yeah unfortunately the votes aren't very accurate. Players miss out when they have blinders and others get votes when they get beaten. Sadly not much can be done after all the umpires casting votes can barely get a decision right so I dunno why we expect them to be able to remember who got a kick what their number was etc

Have to agree 50m. Tough job to pick votes when they don't really know the players and have to concentrate on the frees etc. Once players are known by the umps they continue to poll even when they aren't going well.

Thoughts on this weeks games anyone?

The Creek have a better 21 players than Willunga but will they be fit & play?? Creek 1-10
Victor$ best is as good as any but will they turn up to play? Strath are a solid unit with Munn & Simmo the keys. Victor 1-10

Pretty good summation wow. Both games could go either way, be close or be big wins, really does depend if guys get on the park, are fit and are switched on.

Willunga vs Creek
Willunga 20-16-136 d LC 16-8-104 in round 1
Willunga 10-7-67 d LC 8-10-58 in round 10
Despite this Creek have the better form in the second round with 7 wins/2 losses whereas Willunga are 5/4. I’m tipping Creek.

Strath v Victor
Strath 21-17-143 d VH 15-5-95 in round 6
Strath 5-5-35 d VH 3-9-27 in round 15
Strath had 6 changes last week and still gave Bays a good contest and VH has made 4-5 changes every week for a while now. Similarly to Will/Creek, VH have the better 2rd round form with 6 wins/3 losses, Strath are 4/5. Tough to call - the ladder and past games say Strath, but potential (and heart!) says Victor.

I am in total agreement with you WOW. Not sure if that is a good thing or not!!!!!!
Iljecson the key to Victor (100k plus Brown) and Cousins can be added to Munn and Simmo

Wow fod that's a great summation. On previous matches with no bias I would think Willunga but will be close
Also u agree strath v vh should be a cracker and will be 100% determined by how switched on they are on the day. Vh could lose by 5 goals or win by 5 we really don't know

On another note the weather is gonna be cracker, I can't wait
