If anyone thinks Central will go out in the Elim, then they had better think again. Recently, We have beaten both North & West twice, We are 1 all with the Eagles, hard to get there from 5th BUT I think We can still get the double chance, We have Glenelg & Sturt to play, so We should end up on 12 wins, whilst North have a bye & Norwood & West aren't assured of making 3rd spot either! Gonna be an interesting end to the minor round, methinks.

Yeah right shit team that has made the finals not bad effort from a team where a dozen players have retired or moved on to other clubs here and interstate.

I told my workmates at the beginning of the the year if the Dogs make the FIVE it will be a fantatsic effort.

Yeah shit team from a club that has played finals every year from 1994 till 2013 only missing out in 1999 only other club that has a better record is the Eagles and the Magpies.

Yeah shit team get back to me when you break a few more records my friend.

Ughhh....was going to comment on the game. But can't be bothered after reading all of that drivel.
Well played Norwood. Accurate kicking might have seen us in with a chance but we weren't good enough. Nonetheless, Joshy Glenn keeps impressing me.

Obviously, I wasn't insisting otherwise, just chucking back a pre-raised hypothetical at someone cashing in their Grand Final wish gift card in August. ;)

You read it all? Strong stomach.

Agreed, Norwood too good on their home patch. We got close in the third but too many unforced errors, most notably at the goal-front.

Yep I was worried in the 3rd quarter. That big guy could have put them less than 3 goals behind.
After a massive effort that quarter by the Dogs a few late goals to Norwood put them still 5 goals behind at 3/4 time. Game over.

WRONG!!!!!

Who is more Gullible and spineless norwoods board or supporters ??

Or Central supporters who believe everything their board tells them?

Kettle black pot

Read the constitution fester my old son. Rule 5.5.12.2 forbids sanfl commission to admit or expel a side into league without league directors approval.

Ie SANFL commission holds no authority to overrule our clubs verdict on this issue.

Thus 100% proving your board has lied to YOU AGAIN!!!

Now fester you going to write another meaningless letter or collect 29 signatures and get rid of your corrupt lying scum board ??

So fester are you full of pish and wind and going to accept your board treating its members with contempt.

I hate the decision my board has made. BUT it is made and I have two choices - walk Or stay.
I choose to stay. I didn't actually vote at the director's meeting, believe it or not!
I can't change what is done.
I have full respect for the current board for their past achievements, without them there wouldn't be a Norwood Football Club.
And at the moment there is no viable replacements.

So I guess I'm full of "pish and wind" !!

I think I'll just go to the footy with my mates and family who I love and enjoy our current period of dominance!!

You can call me weak - whatever.
But IMHO the weak ones are the ones that say they are walking away, buying memberships at other clubs etc and not following through with it!!"

And I still believe, constitution or no constitution, that the Commission would of got what it wanted by whatever means necessary!!

Im not sure how many people realise just how close Norwood was to closing the doors a few years back.
We were in a far more perilous position than you think.
Im grateful they saw us through that period but still unbelievably pissed at their current form

The commission did get what they want by your club selling out.

So there you have it fester is a spineless sell out who at the end of the day is completely full of pish and wind . No surprise to many dogs fans im sure.

You should write yourself a letter fester !!! Dear spineless coward would be a good start.

I didn't know Norwood had been in such a bad predicament but I'll take your word for it. I don't like telling fans of other clubs when not to support their club's decisions, but even if the Eagles board had achieved miracles at the club, my being pissed off about bending over for the Crows would have outweighed any good work the board had done.

Given the money to come from Football Park (and Adelaide Oval), I'm not sure that the cash-strapped clubs had no option but to accept this. Is $50K/yr going to save those clubs in the long term?

Undecided at the minute.
I seem to be in the minority of our members, plenty want to give it a year and see how it pans out.
Then we have the age old question of who replaces them, from my experience these roles are not as easy to fill as people think
