Whats the difference to having a crows reserves team compared to having a team from what used to be the NTFL as suggested many years ago? A team fills the gap. I'm pretty sure most SANFL club could have been bought..just name the price. Pride alone will not preserve the league.

The NTFL soles purpose would be to win the SANFL premiership, this will be at best a secondary importance for a Crows reserves side.

Massive Difference.

Norwood supporters please note:

I have something for sale and want one million dollars for it. It will be good, trust me.

Damo, thats just plain embarassing yourself. As whufc said the NT team would be trying to win the premiership, the crows reserves will be trying to develop players and all other teams will be at the mercy of Sandersons whims. " we will be playing to win BUT our priority is to develop players." Have you been so ensconced in Sir Jim's issues that you don't get it ?

I believe the club directors have a written duty of care to act in the best interests of the game as a whole and not just their individual club...... this was the loophole the Commission were going to use to vote the Crows in.
Voting YES at least gave the clubs some concessions and some degree of control over what the Crows ( and Port ) can do.
Don't get me wrong I believe in the NO vote and believe the Commission have been deceitful in not allowing full disclosure of information.

In the opinion of the Commission YES was in the best interests. 8 - 0 NO vote could be overturned on that basis.

Proof that the commission couldn't overturn the Director's vote would b appreciated.

If you want to believe your clubs bs go for it. I wouldn't be calling anyone stupid.

Seems legs fans are as gullible and spineless as their board.

Your boards claim with all due respect. Prove it could.

In a way that crows could then claim they had unanimous support !!!!

We're on the same side here .

I do actually believe the Commission can overturn a director's vote and would love to know why you think otherwise, gives me another thing to keep hammering our board with.

Fiar point wufc. Sir Jim? Getting a bit cryptic there but I think I know what you are alluding to. Well twosheds, you have at least 50% of the SANFL clubs to blame for this. I'm assuming you won't be going to anymore SANFL games because the integrity of the whole league is now lost?

Cryptic ? Hardly ! Not sure why you care if I go to the footy but to set your mind at rest I will be going to all games except those involving the crows as I will get to see a contest, simple really.

Oi Partick thistle shite

Why dont you ask joe and your scumbag board about Clause 5.5.12.2

http://www.sanfl.com.au/files/_system/F ... titution(5).pdf

which expressly forbids the commission to admit or expel any club into the league without the approval of the league clubs at a directors meeting.

5.5.12.3 also states we can remove ANY power the commission has at an agm.

So fester. Back to your stupid question .....
