Does this scenario sound familiar :)

You say the same thing about Godden after a loss, front runner.

Confirmed Rowntree has done his ACL and will be out for 12 months.

Massive blow and really unlucky for a bloke who missed out through illness in the 2011 finals series and premiership, was best and fairest in 2012 and has been playing well this year. One of the real hard in and under players of the SANFL and a stand out as next captain of the Eagles IMO. Hopefully can get back towards the end of next year.

We have seen a little bit of Dunstan against a couple of lowly teams. Has looked fantastic. Will need to step up and fill the shoes of Rowntree along with Appleton, Kane and co starting this week. A massive challenge for these players and the other midfielders coming in to finals.

Horrible luck for Angus.

Don't overlook the wildcard centreman Nick Salter - first did it against Port at Alberton 2 years ago and again in the last Q against South took charge with the last 4 clearances. Has no motor of course and would be immediately replaced each time by a HF/midfielder taking over after the centre-bounces.
