What is wrong with being told this. I would much rather have a mind set that we are the best team in the comp than go in to a game with doubts. What's wrong with a bit of confidence? The mental aspect of the game is so undervalued and I would rather my team mates and fellow players had a winning mind set over one of doubt.

I say back yourself in. Be confident in your team and what you can achieve. If I was brahma lodge or pooraka my mi rest would be that we can win the GF by 8 goals. No point hoping to win this week just to play another game.

No one said there was anything wrong with it. I just put it out there. I couldn't really care less what Plympton do or don't think about their chances of winning the flag. It was only one player's opinion anyway. Was it worth putting on here? Absolutely. It's given us something to talk about. I envy the position Plympton are in. They have a big chance to make a GF, win a flag and go to Div 3

I do however think there is a dangerous line between being confident about winning vs being over-confident though and when there's a 50/50 contest to be won during the finals series, do you think any player is going to be thinking about what was written on safooty.net. I doubt it

SW yet to play us with Scudds in the side. This year or last
Not expecting him to be the saviour but we know they dont have a lot of height. Their plan will be to run off at all costs
I can see it coming down to the team with the most effective loose men behind the play winning.
Should be a couple for great matchups!
