North still have to face Eagles,Glenelg and Norwood. Quite possible that they will only win one of those and end up with 12 wins.
Eagles still have to face North, Norwood and West.They could lose all three and end up on 11 wins but most probably should end up on 12 wins.
West still have to play Central (at Elizabeth), South, Port and the Eagles. Very likely scenario of ending up on 12 wins.
Central still have to play West, Norwood, Glenelg and Sturt. Strong possibility of winning three of those and ending up on 12 wins.

Third (and even second) place will be tight.
