What I found amazing was that the FOX Footy countdown time clock was shown on the super screen meaning players & fans alike knew exactly to the second how much time was left. When was the last time that happened?

What an amazing experience I have had with foxtel cup this year . A Trip to Melbourne. Last two games here in Adelaide and to see the Bloods win something. I have a ball.

Um yeah. Well done Westies. Not sure about being the best team not playing in the AFL bit. I dont think to many Westies supporters would argue that if Norwood went back to back they would have more of a right to claim that title than West.

For mine if Westies win the SANFL GF then they can rightly claim that mantle, best team in the SANFL and on the national stage.

Claremont last year won the WAFL and Foxtel Cup ... deserved to be called best state league team in Aus.

So in summary if you can claim the DOUBLE of your state league premiership AND the Foxtel Cup
they I think you can have all the bragging rights you want.

However if you have 4 different teams taking out VFL, WAFL, SANFL & Foxtel Cup comps then its open for argument.

Then you have Geelong ... VFL premiers in 2012, not in Foxtel Cup comp in 2013 due to its AFL "link", same with Brisbane Lions who won NEAFL.

Webb offered a one match suspension for his off the ball strike in last nights game. Club has until tomorrow morning to challenge. Suspension would see him miss the important clash against Centrals.

I see West played their usual defensive game. Trouble is, interstate clubs don't get to see it, week in & week out, otherwise their style of game could be modified to suit Westies negative style just like Norwood do.

Ha Ha. East Fremantle played the same, if not worse. These high and mighty Norwood supporters are very tiresome since the Legs play very similar but have better kicking skills to pull it off.
