By the way quick road is where the bretho unit sits.

I can't remember lockleys winning at the den in recent years. Mitchell park winning on both occasions in the 2000's

Was 2009 or 2010 in Div6. Locks won by 20 odd goals and reckon they played West Croydon (I think) in the GF that year. Mind you I think the only MP players left from that team would be the Macca twins, Rayson and Lindholm. ;)

Yeah it was 2010, a dark year in mpfc history. I'd deliberately forgotten about that year!! Two games before that MP won.

Nowhere near as many tatts as there used to be. We even have a few pretty boys these days.

Having a rest this week so looking forward to watching three games. Come and say hi Yanky.

the lions beat the dees both times at the den when i was their but we always got flogged at their ground
actually coached my last game for the club against lockleys at their ground and they sent me off with a great floggin
on a side note their were only a couple of cartoons on the bodies when i got their but i see that changed over time
bad influence from some where but not sure where

i believe the lions will win this one but lockleys are a good side and if they bring their A game they will be their at the pointy time of the year
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one

CLG win by 4 points and with Rosewaters loss sets up a battle for top spot in the final round.

Went down to Eric Sutton for the 10 year Reunion. The lakers won by 1-2 goals. Terrible conditions. Rain and a stitff breeze throughout. Not a great advertisement for the game.

I have only seen rosies once this seasons. But today, they were 6-7 goals of being a guaranteed premiership side
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Well played CLG, found a way to win. Harvey kick's his 100th official goal for the season to seal the win with about a minute to go, he'll remember that one.
Good to catch up with a couple of CLG blokes after the game as well and have a yack about footy.

What a round 18 we have in store, 3 of 4 games with the result having an impact on final placings - Rosies v CLG for top spot, WOS v Locks for the double chance spot of 3rd and United v BOS for BOS to maybe take 5th depending on the margin while Mawson's await the outcome.

I thought it was actually a good game, didn't rain till half way through the last quarter. I wouldn't expect you to give Lakes credit though champ ;)

With Adelaide Uni next week, can Mitchell Park pull a Houdini and dig themselves out of relegation zone?? Can their B grade secure the double chance as well? Big week for Mitchell Park!

Oh don't tell me Rosewater got hard done by by the umpires?
Pressures on Rosewater now, they ain't no certainty like they were for 14 weeks sitting top 14-0, 2 losses in a row have the warning bells ringing!!
2 games left before finals & they may yet lose top spot.
