Smithfield coach 12 month ban
One player 14 weeks
Another play 10 weeks
And one bloke 4 weeks.

A shame if true they were going well weren't they?

That makes more than 3 people who have said something along those exact lines. In other rediculously unreliable sources there is also a meme up already about it.

The Smithfield Football Club have been penalised 2 premiership points and suspended for the remainder of season 2013 as result of an investigation into a range of incidents following the match between the Flinders Park and Smithfield Football Clubs.

Which obviously resulted in the above penalties.

Cant believe nothing was said all week about any of the incidents from the Smithfield game before this was posted?

To get that amount of games there must have been something very big either a brawl or something behind play?

Either way not good for the club concerned

To be honest I have only ever seen them play once in my life so I'm not in a position to comment on their past or any other games this year.

The one I saw was early on in the year against Flinders Uni. The game was a good standard and physical but fair. Their were no major incidents at all.

Real sad for both the club and the div
