General consensus is that Norwood doesnt want to be seen as the lone resistance and if we are the only ones who vote NO and the Cows get in we could be singled out. Dont forget that Norwood dont have a recent good history with the league.
I just hope we stand firm
Let me guess, Rowey, Triggy and Roo?

Otherwise, they'll think the No AFL in the SANFL is just a bunch of noise with no clout behind it... meaning AFL Reserves are a certainty.

Because if you believe what the Adevertiser says all the SANFL clubs are on board except Norwood. Its funny you saying that though i just read a commment on Adelaide now that suggested that Norwood should leave the SANFL and go and play in the SAAFL. Personally this is what i would like to see happen in the event that the crows and power get their reserves sides. I can handle Norwood playing at a lesser level because my needs are only that Norwood exist in their own right and play in a meaningful competition. don't really give a **** abou the standard of play to be honest.
Agreed.
I'd rather we had half the salary cap but still played in a competition with integrity.
In a comp where each grade has clubs who pay players loads and clubs who pay players nothing![]()
Integrity?

On Facebook Today
"Below is the information provided last night by the SANFL in regards to the commissions recommendation for the AFL reserves teams.
There is a scheduled GFC board meeting tonight where we will start reviewing and discussing their proposal and we will also be setting a date and time for an information meeting for GFC members. Once this has been finalised we will inform all members.
Regards,
Nick Chigwidden"

That's why some with good knowledge of what goes on at the NFC think he was foolish for speaking out.
