Making them commit for 15 years means nothing. The model itself states that the SANFL will review this on a yearly basis, thereby providing a convenient escape clause for the AFL clubs. As our good friend beenreal likes to point out, "times change".

Agree, I thought them having to commit might make them baulk but the review clause means nothing, once they are in the comp is gone, imagine the SANFL trying to kick them out after letting them in![]()
End of the day we only need 3 clubs to vote against.
