I know he has been out injured for a while now, but hell we haven't played for a while,
Where the hell is pat cummins at?

We will lose 5-0, only thing can help us is the weather.
I can't even f$&n watch and it's only the 2nd test.
Ffs when will some of our batsmen f$&n stand up and draw a line In the f$&n sand!
Dig in ffs!

Correct.
Then the Poms go and do what they have done since they retained the ashes.
Bat as long as they can which every descent test side does.
All of a sudden our bowlers break down.
Well surprise if they have to bowl for three days what do you think will happen.
Our batsman are crap.
Toughen the fruck up.

It is pretty obvious there is no one in Australia besides Clarke who is at International level with their batting. It is incredible to think we have dropped so far given we probably had 10 International standard batsman a decade or so ago.

That is a huge indictment on Australian cricket at every level.

Thankfully we have good standard pace bowling stocks. Batting, spin and keeping is appalling though.

Do you stick with the same batsman that aren't good enough and hope they lift by 10% because you back them in or do you rotate through trying to get a diamond in the rough and hope they can perform. Cosgrove, Ferguson, Doolan and Burns should all be over in England playing some form of cricket and if we have 3 more innings like the last 3, it will be time to try anything.

Not even two Tests in and it is obvious it will take more than a beer in the change rooms to change the success rate of the Aussie team. The players might be enjoying themselves more under Lehmann but it won't be long before the pressure from the public demands more than what they've shown in the first two Tests. If Australian cricket is under pressure now, what will it be come early January? Scary to think.

Yet Clarke has scored 51 runs in 3 digs, the worst of the batsman who have played both tests.

Some of our guys would be well served by watching tape of Peter Taylor batting in Pakistan in 1988 or when he survived for hours to make 18 not out against the West Indies when Patrick Patterson in particular was arguably the most frightening bowler to face in world cricket.

Lehmann thinks its a good idea for the WAGS to be there to keep the players happy and relaxed
How about he have a word to them to turn the tap off unless they perform to Test standard

Gave Haddin a compliment last test but as was pointed out to me, his keeping leaves a lot to be desired.
A few stinkers this test and when the first slip has to move to his left to take a catch, you know it's the keepers.
If he's there for his batting, fine but if he's there as a keeper he should go.

Who is the keeper for aus a?
IMO tim Paine should be next in line if injury free.
