Missed the game, how did George get his goal?

All jokes aside, I've seen them worse but I will reiterate that Norwood did give us a wet weather lesson and hopefully after 15 years we might actually learn how to play wet weather football.

Have been lucky enough to get you twice this year in wet conditions.
Both times we have embarassed you yet I think you are far better than that.
You do play a very ordinary style of football in wet conditions for some reason. Sturt really had a crack in the second quarter but no real method going into attack

Missed the game, how did George get his goal?

First quarter kicking to the Northern goal, he was playing long way out of defence got the ball between the northern edge of the square and the 50m line drop the pill onto his slipper and bombed it through the big white sticks for a sausage roll. Comment Wally May! Virtually the whole norwood team gathered around to congratulate him for this first Norwood goal. (it was norwood's third goal of the quarter). I was in the southern stand and was difficult to spot the players from that distance and didn't even realise it was Georgie who kicked it until someone pointed it out to me

Hopefully, as it was in the first quarter it might (pleeeese) be on the highlights
