Relationship counsellor ringing up and cancelling. Yeah, we need to go but appointments can always be rescheduled - and in the meantime, Mr McSpaz now has a whole free day off work! I'm thinking a nice drive into the country, hike up a mountain or two, then off to the pub for some beer and darts. I reckon that'll help us as much as counselling. :)

I rate listening to nature sounds (e.g. rain, thunder, rivers, waterfalls) while trying to sleep. I've noticed I have been sleeping a lot deeper and more uninterrupted than usual.

Oh hang on, we're doing the alcohol TONIGHT while watching the Ashes. :D Tomorrow shall be our big bushwalk recovery session. (I proofread papers for a friend - this time I asked if she could give me a couple of Dexedrine instead of cash for my services, and she obliged, so I hopefully won't have a hangover tomorrow either!)
