Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Typical Victorian biased rubbish, funny how they won again?

I remember going to the same match at Adelaide Oval back in 1999, maybe time it came back to SA with the new Adelaide Oval next year?

Who cares who won, who cares about the standard of commentary, it's a charity game and raises a hell of a lot of money for a great cause

Although the scheduling of the match wasn't the best.

What did the crowd look like? TV viewing numbers would have been horrible given the cricket, except perhaps at the lunch break.

The game was on shown in 3 cities and got 477,000. The Ashes on Gem got 627,000 (First session) and 324,000 (2nd session).

The Ashes on GEM pulled in huge audiences last night with GEM eclipsing both ABC1 in primary share and all of SBS channels combined.

With numbers that will have everyone reaching for the record books, GEM had a mammoth 12.2% share over ABC1′s 11.1% and SBS’ combined channels at 5.1%. It almost pipped TEN’s 12.9% primary share.
