All those players are second and third choice keepers in their state

Nevill got demoted because the Aussie selectors demanded Haddin keep for NSW when he wasnt playing for Australia, probably same for Handscombe.
Nevill absolutely wipes the floor with Haddin glove wise. Batting isnt as good but glovework puts him to shame
