As for the making it all up question,...really? did you need to go there?

I say leave the poor bugger alone.

He is in the wrong sport if he wants the media to leave him alone

He's spoken to the media...told all...now they should f#$^ off and leave him alone, not hound the poor bloke.

There has to be a line somewhere....journalistic integrity = oxymoron.
And yeah Robbo makes me feel ill.

In a perfect world that would be true.
In AFL though the media will hound him.
Look at others in the past, Jobe Watson still has media parked out the front of his house at all hours trying to get photos or stories. The media wont let Harry go

So what your saying is that
He went away, thought about what he had done, realised he fu#ked up, desperate to get his job back and get the media off his back, he makes this up, so he has an excuse for his outburst and people sympathise with him?

Dunno the hate for Robbo I like him, I don't think of him as an expert, just a bloke at the bar giving his opinion, at least he doesn't release crap rumors like Caro, Barrett, Hutchy....

To be fair Harry has always put himself in the media spotlight with his wanky interviews and the like. To seek out media attention the way he has previously and then expect them to ignore him completely is a bit of a stretch.

Obviously needs his time to work through issues but I don't think announcing, to all and sundry, his issues was a wise move. Add being hounded, and constantly reminded of your problems by the media, to the list of things he is dealing with.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was Eddie's idea to make sure the football clubs image wasn't tarnished through speculation, not saying Harry is lying just saying they obviously saw an out which could avoid rumours and innuendo about the playing group and Buckley.

At what point did I say it was a conspiracy?

I simply think that Eddie, or someone in charge, has decided the best way to deal with it for the club is to let it all out in the open. In my opinion, that isn't in Harry's best interests.

If you are dealing with issues do you want everyone you bump into in the street knowing about it?

Harry O's issues.

Sexual abuse - He wasn't abused, someone in his family was.

Depression and suicide - His father committed suicide.

Murder - Witnessed a murder, yet failed to give evidence. Nice.

I guess. Maybe he should deal with those, instead of preaching to 60 footballers and coaches about gay marriage.
