Rnd 14 - Norwood v Glenelg @ Coopers Stadium (Fri N 5/7)

Postby Big Phil » Mon Jul 01, 2013 11:21 pm

The top-of-the-table Redlegs are coming of their second win at Elizabeth for the year, comfortably accounting for a disappointing Dogs outfit, to tune of 7 goals. Norwood played some very good football last weekend and will be hard to beat in this one...

Their opponent, the eighth placed Glenelg side, are coming off a week's rest with the bye but were totally outclassed in their last outing, against West Adelaide. The young Tigers side will need to play out of their skin if they are to cause another boil-over result...

Reserves @ 4:55pm

League @ 7:40pm

Broadcast Details - 1197am RPH Adelaide from 7:00pm

Plenty of rain forecast.
An out and out shellacking may now be reduced to a run of the mill belting.

Kris Massie's last game as senior coach......Norwood will pump them and the Glenelg board will have no option than to sack that bloody idiot!!! Appoint a coach with some substance and the club might finally move forward

Weren't the Gowans mooted at some stage as coaches to take over from Laird? Perhaps they could take over from Massie ;)
