i found Kadina Wonder due to the fact the 5 was the leader and it can ping and boxes 7 and 8 are slow beginners

I initially thought that since PADDY CAMBAZ is a quick beginner who likes to push off - which would find #6 in bother as would also have to deal with #4 into T1. Looks like I went the wrong way with #4,#6.

Yeah the quaddie was gettable - but I didn't have a bet on it. Ran out of time really.

5th/8th/1st/5th < Doesn't look good for the ratings. But still gettable.

Been there and haven't collected.

AFTER box 4 last week. Paid $18 the win. Had it rated 2nd, backed it for win. But didn't get Trifecta for anything.

Arcadia Gold. Backed it, won at $30 - didn't get the trifecta (paid 6k in a wet Warragul race).

So that is why I must make sure I keep a 50/50 split on WIN/Exotic betting. Because cannot put all eggs in one basket. Don't want to be disappointed when you nab a big winner, but don't have it STRAIGHT out and you lose on Trifecta.

But I am now use to betting more on the bigger overlays, before I was a bit scared to put more money on a $20 shot than I was on a $3 shot. So at least my brain is somewhat closer to where it should be for wagering.

if you have a high rater at big odds, you need to be on it win, if not at the very least EW

if i have a selection that is OVERS like that for example #1 is $15

then for the tri you can basically rove your OVERS selection with those that are in your market. havent really gone into tri betting like this, as i just go with the Quin and the Exacta

Yeah I am only starting to get into PLACE betting so far. AM starting off with FIXED odds Meadows Mid-Week just because I know what I am getting and with greyhounds, the place pool moves way too fast.

i dont mind place betting and some of those markets are way out and plenty of value to be found
