Wrong. At this point in time it can.
At this point in time, though, it seems it can't support an additional junior comp.

The Millewa Comp in Sunraysia has no junior matches linked to it just 1 senior side and a couple of netball grades. These clubs (Bambill, Gol Gol etc) have more money than some Sunraysia clubs coz their overall costs are much lower and they have good sponsorship support. The independents don't need junior footy let the kids have a crack in the RFL and if they're no good they will still come back to their club better players.

Hate to use the term but make the Independents sort of like a parasitical secondary senior league of the RFL?

Michael Bratton
Previous Seasons
Reserves 2010 2010 11 1 0.09 1 House Brothers Oval 4
'be active' League 2010 2010 9 3 0.33 2 Hamra Homes Oval 1
'be active' League 2009 2009 20 3 0.15 2 House Brothers Oval 4
Reserves 2008 2008 18 5 0.28 3 Hickinbotham Oval 9
'be active' League 2008 2008 1 0.00

according to this Bratton played more reserves games than league games, so that means he come to Waikerie as a 3 point player & this season he would be worth 1 point.

Nah i reckon he's still 2 according to this:

B. State League Players (SANFL, AFL VIC, North East AFL, WAFL)
A player who has played a majority of matches for the Senior team for a Club or Clubs in any
one of the above State Leagues in their previous playing season – four (4) additional points,
less any deductions or concessions as set out below:
• A player who is registered to play with a Club of an Affiliated League who
returns to that Club of the Affiliated League will not attract any additional points
irrespective of the number of games played in the Senior Teams of the clubs in
any of the above State Leagues.
• Deduct one (1) point if the player did not play a game for the Senior Team of a
Club of any of the above State Leagues in the previous season.
• Deduct a further one (1) point for each Season since the player last played with
a senior team of a club of any of the above State Leagues.
• If a player has not played football at any level for 24 months or more before
resuming as a player he will automatically have a Player Points Rating of zero
(0).

He still played for the senior team.

There are so many holes to be found in these rules, pick one and go with it.

Gee Brown's Well are a big side!
Not too many runners, which hurt them a bit, but they've got some powerful lads in their team.
Williams, Franks and the Hampels are tough to match-up on.

What's everyone's thoughts on assigning the points?

Should it be up to the clubs or the RFL?

just an example here but last year Kilburn went over their allocated points were sitting top undefeated after round 5-6 and the SAAFL stripped them of all premiership points didnt matter because they won the GF anyway, but this should be the outcome one would think
When it comes to winning you need the skill and the will

The club would know what points are for each recruit, and should question the certain people if the advise is conflicting.....

Huge game for Waikerie this weekend against North, particularly if their points are taken away.
I hear it could be for three matches (versus BM, Lox and Ber) which would put them behind Renmark and equal with Berri.
Even if it's just one match, it sets up a really interesting fight for the double chance.
