My tips were way off, looking at the round probably only Broadview winning by 7 goals was any sign of an upset. Would've thought it woulda been closer.

Looks like the towns are headed for certain relegation. I really thought they would give div 1 a fair old crack this time round so what has gone wrong?

Players of some quality left, Viney left and Herbert injured again is gonna hurt any side, but they didn't exactly set the world on fire last year either, only just missed relegation then. If you compare that to Broadview who only just missed relegetion too. they had 15 of the starting 18 leave at end of 2005, and have managed to get some players to keep the Div 1 dream alive. Edwardstown look to have not made enough effort in hunting players down. Saw them earlier this year, shocking skills and turnovers cost them dearly. Only chance is to get a couple of sneaky wins and hope Henley continue the downward spiral. Uni are gone.

Gaza and Broadview are the feeder clubs for the North's seniors. Jarman Coached Gaza before going to North so I guess he still has contacts there, Broadview get some because they are in Div 1.

Bye weekend, time for some predictions.Top 5 will change throughout season but end up with same teams competing. Saints top, Eagles, Rocs, Tigers then TTG to round out the 5. Anything can happen in finals from there. Rams and Hawks to miss out by a game and a bit. Henley and Adelaide Uni to go down, Edwardstown to surprisingly stay in Div 1.

Have to agree with you regarding the top 5 teams at the end of the minor round although I still think it is a bit early to say what position the top 5 order will be.

Not sure about which teams will be relegated. Yes agree Edwardstown most likely will but Henley will need to improve a lot especially with what is happening (only going on what has been said on the forums here). Adelaide Uni will be very determined to stay up in Div 1 so hopefully Henley can sort out their problems and start winning some games.

Clarkey and Sambo sampson have been cleared back to us at the mightydistricts. We are chatting with Newman as well.
Clarkey tried to talk to coach about trying some new things at trainging in effforts to get things moving. henley coach told him that he was boss and if he dont like it to nick off. Told em to go away and think bout it. Clarkey trying to be consrutive and help coach with few ideas but dissed by coach.

Asked for clearance and got it. Great to get em for next year in A1. With our sides at moment plus Rod in charge and all the new recruits during summer will probably win A1 flag next year as well. have the A2 flag in the bag. wont loose a game down here in A2. Modbury, Seaton wankers, PHos, SHoc etc, etc are just crap sides and we will beat em by more than 8 goals in any game.

Want to see Newman to districts as well to top us off. Just trying to get him from henley now

Easy to jump off a sinking ship!! You'd think you suss out a club and coach a bit more before going there :? Clarke seems to move around a bit, changing SANFL clubs as well, maybe someone thinks they're a bit better than they really are????

You sound as confident as some CLG boys in Div 7. You only beat Seaton by a goal on ANZAC Day at Largs Reserve. You'd be premiership favourites, and will probably win it, but to say you won't lose a game and will beat every other team by more than 8 goals and winning A1 in 2008 is getting a bit too far ahead of yourself I would think.
