Fair dinkum if we did not beat the bays last night with the team they had we may as well have forfeited the remaining games in the season.
No offence to the bays it's just telling it like it is!
They had a heap of young blokes playing, and I have no doubt in the near future will be good players playing in a winning team.
Congrats to Ben Mules on being a great player and loyal servant to his club.

what work are they doing at glenelg oval on the far side of the ground? why couldnt it wait until the end of the year.

Don't think they had the choice. I think the trees that were on the outer side damaged the retaining wall with the tennis courts. May have even collapsed with this recent rain if they sat on their hands and did nothing

Retaining wall for the tennis courts collapsed ... whole area has to be rebuilt and a few trees are collateral damage.
